Description
Two armed guards will provide security for the Bureau of Indian Affairs/Indian Health Service Complex at Wewoka Agency, Wewoka, Seminole County, Oklahoma. Armed Security Officers patrolling both the interior and exterior of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) from 7:15 A.M. to 5:15 P.M., 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Also provide hourly walk through/security checks at the Indian Health Services (IHS) facility and will be available on an as needed basis at the IHS facility. Security personnel must be trained professionals committed to identifying security risks that need to be managed. Security personnel must be CLEET Certified/Armed with Law Enforcement experience and or military police experience. Security must have a current State Security Agency license and must be currently State (Oklahoma) Bonded and have proof of current insurance verification. Security must have at least two years experience with providing security at a Federal Government installation pursuant to federal standards/procedures uniforms are required with each uniform prominently displaying their logo for easy identification. Two armed security will be required to be on duty at the BIA facility and also provide parking lot security and assure clients and staff safe passage to and from their vehicles. A camera system will be provided by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. It will be the responsibility of the guards to monitor the system which will provide interior coverage of the BIA facility and exterior coverage of the grounds and IHS facility.security will stop all visitors at entrance of building before escorting the individuals to the appropriate office/staff after proper identification has been provided and a visitor badge issued. The start date is October 01, 2005, through September 30, 2008, a 3 year contract and an amount for each Fiscal Year (2006, 2007 and 2008) is to be provided with the bid. Peak Blvd.), Muskogee, Oklahoma 74402-8002.
