Description

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Engineering Field Division, Specialty Center, Contracts Core (SCCC), Code AQN00, Port Hueneme, CA 93043 intends to issue a Request for Quotation to conduct a survey audit on Arctic Military Environmental Cooperation (AMEC) program, which is an effort by the United States, Russia, Norway, and United Kingdom to work together in addressing military-related critical environmental concerns in the Arctic. The solicitation will be released as unrestricted. Quotation will be evaluated based upon the best value to the government considering price and other factors. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. This procurement is being issued using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP, FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541211 with a size standard of $23,000,000.00. . The solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading on the World Wide Web address: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil on or about 22 August 2005. Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading a copy of the solicitation and for monitoring the site for any amendments.
