Description
The United States Government presently occupies 5,675 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space together with no reserved parking spaces. The General Services Administration is conducting a competition for alternative space and will relocate if a consideration of the economics involved and other factors are supportive. The cost of relocation including the replacement of furniture, telecommunications, tenant improvements and above-standard alterations as well as agency mission, specialized security needs, and other factors will be considered. Lease Term: 10 years, seven years firm. Occupancy is required by December 1, 2005. Location: The City of Riverside within the following boundaries: Within the Central Business District of Riverside, CA. Offers must be submitted by owner(s), or by authorized representative (s) of the owners. Space offered must be in a quality, modern office building and conform to ADAAG, UFAS, and the seismic requirements of the 1976 or later edition of the UBC. 80% of the seismic force levels in accordance with current edition of the UBC, or the Standards of Safety for Existing Federally Owned or Leased Buildings and the requirements for the Solicitation For Offers.
