Description: TSA intends to issue a sole source contract to White Oak Technologies, Inc. of Silver Springs, MD for technical support services for the Alien Flight Student Program (AFSP). Services will include website application support, risk assessment system support, data analysis and mining using a classified FBI network. White Oak developed this proprietary system. No other vendor has the ability or authority to access and mine this database. No other sources can be solicited at this time.
