Description

Modification to commencement, prosecution and completion of work provided in synopsis posted on August 2, 2005 as follows: Upon issuance of the notice to proceed, the Governmnet will establish a date and time (approximately 20 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed) for the preconstruction conference. The Contractor shall be required to provide all initial submittal items identified on the submittal register at the preconstruction conference. The Contractor shall commence work in Building 79 on January 8, 2006 and shall complete the entire work ready for use on February 8, 2006. Prior to the start of work in Building 79, the Contractor shall have on site all the necessary material and equipment required to perform the work. After completion of all work in Building 79, the Contractor shall commence work in Building 2001 and shall complete the entire work in Building 2001 ready for use no later than April 15, 2006.
