Description
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, California has a requirement for a large capacity, programmable shaking incubator with top Peltier cooling unit, trays, and three stacked units which may be configured either as a free-standing unit or stacked up to three high; each tray at least 850 x 470mm. All units must use same design shaking mechanism to provide precise, vibration-free running and each unit must be individually controlled in terms of orbital speed and temperature. The temperature range must be 4 degrees C to 65 degrees C; orbital shaking speed 20 ? 400 rpm. The orbital speed and temperature must be programmable i.e., after a set amount of time, the orbital speed and temperature can be programmed to change. Footprint cannot exceed 34 x 42.5 inches. Master units with 25mm orbit, 6-in support base, cover frame, triple anchor bars; sticky stuff tray, 3 ea.
