Description: Provide evaluation and diagnosis of x-rays and ultrasounds 5 days per week. The contractor shall deliver by mail, fax or electronically a signed summary interpretation of the films relating to a patients's scan to the Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center, within 72 business hours following Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center delivery of such films for interpretation. The report shall be in a format appropriate for incorporation in the Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center electronic health records (EHR). Provision of radiology in-service/education to the medical staff on a quarterly basis; and consultation services to the medical staff. More information will be provided in the RFQ-5018AMM.
