Description

Sources Sought for a Digital Stroboscopy System and Digital Swallowing Workstation. The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify businesses capable of providing the following: BRAND NAME ONLY- Mfg: KayPentax Corporation - Model 9100B and Model 7150. Interested businesses should respond to FAX (504) 589-5289 or e-mail; carol.james@med.va.gov to the Contracting Officer, Carol James no later than 8/24/2005 at 4:00pm CST. Interested parties responding to this notice must provide their name, address and telephone number of their company and capability to fulfill this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals but responses received by 8/24/2005 will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All inquiries must be submitted in writing, telephone inquiries will not be accepted, nor written responses after 8/24/2005. All information shall be furnished at no cost to the Government. If no responses are received, the VAMC, NOLA will proceed with a sole source negotiation with KayPentax Corporation.
