Description

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order for a VHG/EHG system manufactured by Med-Acoustics MicroMedical model ?Visual Eyes? two channel laptop Vng system with EOG option, four channel, target LCD projector, vestibular ocular reflex, and Micro Medical model ?Air Star? air calorie irrigator. This is a small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. However, no award may be made to a contractor not registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Registration may be made at www.ccr.gov. The requirement will be issued electronically on or about 17 Aug 2005 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
