- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Please note that this requirement is fallout, pending funding and reference number is 05TC 606. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS change notice 20030722. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334119. The size standard is 1000 employees. The contractor shall provide the following items: 3 networked digital video 1 ea recorders(DVR), 72" high x 32" deep dual equipment rack, a multi-port switch, a patch panel, a networked printer, 2 Client PC's for remote control and review via a closed network, rewiring the present 35 cameras to the proposed equipment rack in office area and keeping the reception with full time video of all cameras in classrooms Exchange present black and white 1 ea cameras for color cameras using present mounts and camera locations Exchange present black and white monitors for color 1 ea monitors using present cabinet location Install six (6) new indoor dome type, 1 ea pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras with mounting hardware and power supplies. Location to be determined by staff. Install five (5) new 1 ea outdoordome type, pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras with mounting hardware and power supplies. The DVR is 100% compatible with the PTZ cameras to allow for full control of the camera features via the DVR or networked PC. NOTE-trenching will be required. The provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. Far 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition.
