Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for 1 EA- Cyclone Phosphor System, 1 EA- Large Format Carousel, 1 EA- Film Cassette (Large), 10 EA- MS Multisensitive (Medium), 10 EA- MS Multisensitive (Long), 1 EA- Eraser Light Box (110v), 1 EA- Screen Cleaner, 20 EA- TR Tritium Sensitvive (Medium). These products will be delivered to Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance/expected delivery date is 30 days after receipt of order. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a Unrestricted Solicitation. Solicitation No. FA2521-05-T-0352 is issued as a Request for Quotation.
