Description

The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote W91248-05-Q-0165. The NAICS code is 333515 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation is restricted to small business concerns. Requirement is for 1 Each, Controlled Rota ry-Draw Tube Bending Machine and Tooling to include, Bend Dies, Clamp Dies, Pressure Dies, Collet Inserts, Mandrels, Wiper Dies and Mandrel Rods. Offerors are required to provide unit prices for the tooling listed in the RFQ. The Controller Rotary-Draw B ending Tube Bending Machine required is a modified commercial item similar to the Model Number RD19 as manufactured by the Winton Machine Company, Suwanee, GA with the exception that the weight has been reduced from 750 lbs. to 500 lbs.and the machine is s kid mounted for deployment purposes. Performance, physical and functional specifications for the machine and required tooling are listed in the RFQ.
