Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutes): 3 each; PN: PDP-614MX, Pioneer 61 inch Plasma Monitor 1365X7 68. 2 each; PN: PN361B, Pioneer Smart Board. 1 each; PN: SLVD360P, Abes of Maine DVD/VCR Progressive Scan Combo Player. 3 each; PN; MX412D/C, Microphone Solutions Shure MX412D/C CARDIOID Desktop gooseneck microphone. 3 each; PN: WS-C2950-12, Superwareho use CISCO Catalyst 2950 12 Port Switch. 1 each; PN: 804529, CDW Canon VC C501R Digital Video Camera. 2 each; PN: AN1000X, AudioGear Anchor Speakers, Portable. 4 each; PN: SUA3000R2X145; APC Smart UPS 3000VA RM 2U 120V. 1 each; PN: NXI, AVKM Integrated Controller. 1 each; PN: NXC-ME260, AVKM Master Card. 1 each; PN: PSN-6.5, AVKM Power Supply. 1 each; PN: 12 VDC Power Supply for Panel. 1 each; PN: NXT-CA12, AVKM Modero Color Active 12 inch Touch Panel Tilt Screen. 1 each; PN: BCIS, AVKM Battle Comm and Information System Software. 1 each; PN: VIZION4-10, AVKM VIZION4 video wall processorw/10 RGB and 4 Video inputs. FOB DESTINATION FORT HOOD, TEXAS BY AUGUST 31, 2005. Payment will be made by Government credit card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday, 22 August 2005 and shall be submitted electronically at: carmen.s imotti@epg.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. The synopsis/solicitation document and incoporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334310 and small business size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, applies to the acquis ition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See evaluation criteria above). Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3,Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and fu rnish Offeror's Tax Identification Number, CAGE Code, Central Contractor Registration Number, DUNS Number, and applicable FSC Codes with its offer. FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Condit ions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition.
