Description

RIA Stock Number 343100X054272, for 4 each Miller Brand MIG Weld Stations, and RIA Stock Number 343100X054273, for 16 each Miller Brand TIG Weld Stations. Under this solicitation the contactor shall provide turnkey weld power supplies to the weldin g operation located in building 212 at Rock Island Arsenal. The contractor shall be responsible for providing Rock Island Arsenal with complete and fully functional MIG and TIG systems in accordance with Rock Island Arsenal Purchase Descriptions (RIPD) Nu mber J4000-05-9-140, dated 29 Jul 2005 for the MIG Weld Station and J4000-05-9-139, dated 09 Aug 2005 for the TIG Weld Station. There is no option. Delivery is September 23, 2005. Delivery shall be FOB destination Rock Island Arsenal. The funds for thi s procurement expire September 30, 2005, the equipment under this procurement must be received at Rock Island Arsenal before the funds expire. Approximate solicitation issue date is August 17, 2005. Once issued, copies of the solicitation and the Purchas e Description will be available for download from the Army Single Face To Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to check this website for the issuing and any changes to the solicitation. Hard c opies of the solicitation will not be distributed. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code is 333992, 500 employees.
