Description
This Sources Sought/Market Survey is to identify business capability necessary to integrate and test the Harris Extremely Sensitive Receiver (HESR). The HESR is designed and manufactured by Harris Corporation. This synopsis is for information and p lanning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for an award of a contract, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No basis for a claim shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought/Marke t Survey or Government use of information furnished. The contractor shall be capable of system integration to include all necessary hardware and software modifications required to integrate HESR on to Government Furnished Platform(s). The contractor shal l be responsible for design, fabrication and installation of the vehicle mounting assembly (brackets, cables, connectors, etc). The contractor shall also be responsible for conducting all required EMI/EMC testing required for use on the intended vehicle. The contractor shall also be responsible for resolving all EMI/EMC issues. The contractor shall be required to provide all equipment required for system integration and maintenance. The contractor shall also be able to provide training to the Government . The Government does not possess any specifications and/or detailed drawings. The contractor shall hold a minimum security clearance level of SECRET. Any firm capable of satisfying the requirement shall furnish a General Capability Statement (not to ex ceed 15 pages) to include the following information: Capabilities and knowledge of system; Information on Past Performance for recent and relevant contracts for same or similar type services.
