Description

The work consists of exterior painting of three buildings at the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (NHOTIC). Work will include applying paint to the exterior siding and trim of the exhibit building, maintenance building, and entry booth. NAICS Code is 238320. Project site is located near Baker City, in the Vale District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is October 5, 2005, and performance time is 14 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
