- The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee WA has a requirement for herbicides. This is an unrestricted full and open competition. The NAICS Code is 325320, size standard is 500 employees. Delivery is to the Bureau of Reclamation, Whse B - Door 6 - Industrial Area, Grand Coulee WA 99133. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR SubPart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued as 05SQ171338 and quotes (including product specification literature and completed 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items) are due August 25, 2005. The RFQ incorporates revisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-04. The Government anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price resulting from this RFQ on or about August 26, 2005.
