Description: The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for the purchase of subscriptions entitled GeoRef and Water Resources Abstracts. These subscriptions are known to be available only from Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA). The USGS intends to make an award to CSA unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes they can provide the same subscription service. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer by August 31, 2005 with an affirmative answer.
