Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility in Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, has a requirement to procure a quantity of fifty (50), B-56 Sounding Reels in trunk with cable and B-type connector. The device must be to specifications HIF-C-02C and HIF-W-01A and in accordance with the drawings provided upon request through this request for quote. The drawings and specifications can be obtained by e-mailing cdonahue@usgs.gov or by faxing 703-648-7367 attention Christy Donahue. Firms who feel that they can furnish the required items based on the RFQ 05ERQQ0072 are invited to submit, in writing, an affirmative response to this announcement. THIS ACQUSITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00. The NAICS code is 335999. Quotes are due at 3:00PM EST on August 29, 2005. All responsible sources who have a valid Dun and Bradstreet Number may submit a quotation.
