- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 15,992 rentable square feet yielding 13,906 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Longwood, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. DELINEATED AREA: NORTH: Lake Mary Blvd. EAST: Hwy. 17/92 SOUTH: Hwy. 436 WEST: Interstate 4 REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code or at a ratio of 1 space per every 200 useable square feet, whichever is greater. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Newly constructed buildings are required to meet a 50-foot setback from streets and public parking. This requirement applies to ?all sides? of the building. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
