Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks to add three labor categories and increase the maximum hours for the duration of the existing contract for Randstad US, L.P. to support the increase in the workload at the Wheeling office West Virginia Field Benefit Administration (FBA) This FBA office recently received two fairly large plans. The office needs Assistant Project Manager and Benefits Team Leaders to support the management and supervise and also provide guidance on the administration of the large plans. To manage the increasing workload of scanning participant files this office needs a full time Image Scanner. The additional labor categories and labor hours are necessary to continue the administration of the large plans. This is a continuation of work already undertaken by the existing provider. It is in the best interest of the PBGC for the current provider to complete this work by adding labor categories and increasing labor hours under the existing contract. The increase under the existing contract will ensure the continuity in the work. This is not a request for proposal. See Note 22.
