Description

The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for the Millerstown, Main Post Office, Perry County PA to be located within the preferred area of the Millerstown Borough Corporate limits or within one mile radius of the Borough center. Proposals will be considered for: A. Land to purchase with a minimum site area of .9 acres with a street frontage feet of approximately 120 feet or: B. 2584 NET SF of suitable existing or to be constructed space in accordance with postal specifications as defined in the solicitation documents. Property must be suitably zoned or capable of being re-zoned for postal use. Sites / buildings outside the preferred area will be considered only if they offer superior location or economic advantages. Person or entity offering site must own or control the site and must state the price or lease rate. The United States Postal Service reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors for purchase of land, lease of existing space or lease w/ construction. Offers must be submitted in full accordance with the solicitation package obtainable from the Millerstown Postmaster or by calling 336-665-2863. Request Solicitation Number 362575-05-A-PO51.
