- This acquisition is for the establishment of a firm fixed price small purchase contract for depot level repair of the Interference Blanking Unit (IBU) applicable to the AC-130H/U Aircraft. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 2 each for the basic. There will be 2 annual options. The BEQ for option years is 3 for each item. Sole Source to: Smith Industries, INC. P.O. Box 1000, 1000 Macarthur Memorial Highway, Bohemia NY 11716-0999 CAGE: 1VBY9, Authority 10 USC 2304 ( C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
