Description: The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has a requirement to renew its maintenance on its Inquisite Software from Inquisite for the period 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006 (four single users and one work group license). The maintenance is sole source to Inquisite. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. Written or telephone requests for a solicitation will nto be accepted. A solicitation will not be issued. All information received within 7 calendar days after the date of this notification that contains pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination nto to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC.
