- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as Request for Quotations (RFQ) to furnish and install one equipment storage shed. STATEMENT OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, travel, perdiem, supervision, supplies, tools and equipment as necessary to perform the following work located at Building 83, Storage Lot, in accordance with MD20030057, dated 07/22/2005 at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. Fabricate and erect one equipment storage shed approximately 12? wide 150? long and 12? in height. All lumber and posts coming in contact with the ground or asphalt surface shall be treated lumber. All other lumber shall be #2 spruce. The roofing panels shall be 29 gauge painted steel. The siding shall be 29 gauge painted steel with trim. All work shall be performed in a professional manner and be completed in 45 days after contract award. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with applicable safety requirements and manufacturer?s procedures and recommendations. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 332311 and 500 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C20. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. The magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference.
