- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items listed below. Prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is HSCG81-05-Q-3BL226. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27 effective March 2005. This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition to provide medical supplies. The NAICS code is 423450 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This requirement is for a fixed priced contract.
