- Amendment is issued to change Model # to GB-1001-500K-DIS. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for quote (RFQ) F3ST955145GC01. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-04. (iv) The NAICS code is 423430, the size standard is 100 employees, and the resultant contract will be 100% set-aside for small business.(v) Provide a price for each of the following CLIN. (vi) CLIN 0001: Qty 1 Google Appliance GB-1001 Model # GB-1001-500K-DIS Offerors should state whether or not government purchase card is accepted. (vii) Ship to DISA NCR, ATTN: Theodore Reedy 706-681-2248 Request #513523, 701 S. Courthouse Rd, Bldg 15, Arlington, VA 22204-2199. FOB destination; acceptance at destination. Delivery requested as soon as possible. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition.
