- Common Stand Exams for the Medicine Bow Routt and Arapaho Roosevelt National Forests. This solicitation includes two project areas; Shellrock and East Winter Park. There are 364 total plots in the two areas. Work shall begin promptly after award. This solicitation is available for free download at www.fedbizopps.gov. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. The due date for this solicitation is September 7, 2005, 16:30 local time.
