Work includes the removal and dispose of contaminated soil and dispose of tanks or remediate tanks in place as necessary to meet DEQ requirements for decommissioning HOTs at Lowell Work Center. The contractor shall perform the necessary testing to provide the DEQ a HOT Decommissioing Report for each tank.
