Description

The Bureau of Census National Processing Center (NPC) in Jeffersonville, Indiana, requires a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace ten each steel roll-up overhead doors in two buildings at the Census facility, along with associated work in accordance with specifications and requirements. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply. The estimated cost is between $25K and $100K. A bid guarantee and payment bond or alternative payment protection is required in accordance with FAR 28.102. NPC Census anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about August 23, 2005, with responses required no later than September 08, 2005. There will be no pre-solicitation conference, however, site visits can be arranged by appointment and are recommended. This is a small business set aside action. The NAICS is 238290, "Other Bldg. Equip. Contractors." Contractor must be registered in CCR.
