- The Federal Aviation Administration requests written quotations from industry for the following: -Support Services for Hewlett-Packard (HP) Storage Area Network (SAN)to include-dedicated cerfified support specialist to provide hardware and software support, conduct support reviews and share industry best practices, provide change management assistance, monitor all patches as released, perform patch analysis and remotely review results with customer, provide semi-annual storage firmware and software analysis and management, provide semi-annual SAN firmware and software analysis and management, and 24 hours a day/7 days a week coverage with one hour response time for twelve (12) months for two (2) HP StorageWorks EVA5000's with eighteen (18) attached servers (a combination of DL580s and ML370s), and two (2) HP StorageWorks MSL5052S2 tape Libraries with four (4) SDLT 320 drives in each. -Hwelett-Packard (HP)StorageWorks File System Extender (FSE), software and support as follows: -Two each (2)HP FSE Media Kit for MS Widows-Two each (2)HP FSE client for MS Windows LTU (license to use)-Two each (2)HP FSE server for windows (include one (1) TB) LTU-Two (2)HP FSE server add one (1) TB (2-20TB)LTU-Four each (4)HP Cluster Extension EVA site LTU-One each (1)HP 3 year phone support (software and patches) plus 24 hours a day/7 days a week service-Four each (4)CV, CLX, FRS for EVA Support (support for cluster extension module)-Two each (2)HP FSE Microsoft Client SW Support-Two each (2)HP FSE Capacity Upgrade SW Support-Two each (2)HP FSE Server License one (1) TB SW Support Written quotes should be faxed to 202-493-5148 Attn: Glenn Wilson or e-mailed to glenn.a.Wilson@faa.gov, by close of business August 22, 2005, 5:00PM EDT.
