Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, material and expert supervision to repair the specified elevators at the VAMC, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206-1499. NAICS code 238290 size standard of $12.0 MIL applies to this procurement. This procurement is set-a-side 100% for small business. All work is to be accomplished during normal business hours and to be completed within 14 calendar days after site work begins. Bid documetns will be available o/a 08/30/2005. Construction cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
