- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source GSA delivery order to RS Information Systems, Inc. (RSIS), 329 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 36109, to acquire a broad range of software technical services to provide for (a) software development and sustainment services to modernize the Community Colege of the Air Force (CCAF) Student Transcript and Registrar System (STARS) and other AU systems, and (b) analysis of requirements, systems software design, code development, test, implementation, and follow-on support. The period of performance will be from 01 Oct 2005-31 Dec 2005. This requirement is a sole source procurement under the authority of Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41 U.S.C. 251, et seq.) and Title 40 U.S.C. 501, Services for Executive Agencies. This will be a firm fixed labor hour priced contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the above service, they must respond with supporting documentation of their technical capabilities before 2:00 p.m. CST on 31 Aug 2005.
