- Human Systems Group (HSG), Program Advisory and Assistance Services (PAAS). The Government response to remaining questions submitted from the two posted PAAS draft RFPs and the Pre-Solicitation Conference are posted. It is anticipated that the final RFP will be released during the first half of Sept 05. We anticipate the acquisition schedule to be as follows: 9 Sep 05 Final RFP release 26 Sep 05 Begin receiving PCAG Data 10 Oct 05 Proposals due These dates are subject to change, so it is recommended that interested companies continue to monitor the FBO website.
