- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation has been issued and may be viewed at ww w.selfridgecontracting.com. Instructions to vendors have been completed and are part of the solicitation. Questions may be directed to Dwight Henley by e-mail at dwight.henley@micrtc.ang.af.mil. Vendors must provide pricing information, milage limitations, and any special information for each line item. There are a total of 29 mid-size sedans, 3 mini-vans, and 1 full-size, four (4) door pickup. The number of days for usage and are different for each vehicle. Vendors must complete each line item per vehicle. Vehicles must be ready for use by no later than 4:00 a.m. local, Alpena, MI time (Eastern Standard Time) on the requested date of use and service. Vendors must note that the number of days of service may increase or decrease per vehicle and should provide pricing for additional days or price quotes for shorter periods of rental.
