- The US ARMY, TACOM-ARDEC intends to issue a request for proposal on a sole source basis to Ensign Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, Simbury, Connecticut for the testing of 40 mm XM1060 Cartridge Components in open air, against doors and vehicles, to be incorporated as a modification to contract DAAE30-03-C-1080.
