- Professional services shall include but are not limited to planning, programming, project management, staff training and consultation, transition planning, project tracking, submittal review and contractor RFI (Request for Information) coordination, and training, commissioning, and sustainment coordination.This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Coimmercial Item Service Contract for one (1) year. The NAICS Code is561210 with a size standard of $30,000,000.00. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Di sabled Veteran Owned business concerns. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interst. Therefore, Offerors are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet and download the solicitation/specifications at the following Internet site: http://www.sam.usace.army.mil/ct. No telephone, faxed or mailed request will be accepted. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the mailing list. Registration must include the firm's physical address, telephone, a valid fax number and a point of contact. All notifications of changes to this solicitation shall be made thruough the Internet. Therefore, Offerors who have registered are required to review the Internet daily for any posted changes tothe solicitation. The Request for Proposal will be available for download on or about 22 August 2005 with a closing date on or about 16 September 2005. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
