- The Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia, 30905, has a requirement for the following items to be used in the Gastroenterology Clinic: (1) Three ERBE ICC200 W/Endocut Electrosurgical Generators, (2) three Double Pedal Footswitch with Space Bar, (3) Adapter for Bicap or Goldprobe, (4) Generator Cart 7910-4000, (5) Trade-in of used ValleyLab units. Requirement shall be inclusive of operating manuals. Items shall be delivered by September 30, 2005. The requirement will be solicited as a 100 percent Small Business Set-aside under North American Industry Classification Code 423450. All interested responsive Small Business offerors who can provide the requirement will be considered. The solicitation is W91YTV-05-T-0217 and will be adve rtised and available for bidding on the Army Single Face Industry acquisition website: http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about the 29th of August 2005.
