- The Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Georgia, 31314 has a requirement for a four (4) Cervipath Patient Management Documentation Systems with swing arm Colposcope Model 53321 manufactured by CooperSurgical, Inc. These units shall be inclus ive of Certified Technical Representative service that performs the In-Service, Set-up including unpacking carton and training at no additional cost to the Government. Items shall be delivered by 30 September 2005. The Government intends to award a Sole Source to Rita Medical Systems, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 339112. The requirement is 100 percent set aside for Small Business Concerns. All interested Small Business responsive offerors will be considered. The soli citation number is W91YTV-05-T-0216 and will be advertised and available for bidding on the Army Single Face Industry acquisition website: http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about the 29th of August 2005.
