- THE CLOSE DATE OF THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING MOVED UP TO AUGUST 26,2005. IN ADDITION THE NAICS CODE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYNOPSIS IS BEING CHANGED FROM 336212 TO 336214 ......................The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into fully competitive negotiations with qualified sources of supply. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The NAWCADLKE intends to procure the following: P/N 907198031 Miller Syncrowave 350 LX with TIG Runner qty 1, P/N 903450011 Miller Spectrum 1250 with 50?Hand Torch qty 1, P/N 907062071 Miller Big Blue Air Pak DLX Package qty 1, P/N 42801 Miller 4 West Off Road Trailer qty 1. The program is seeking to procure brand name items or equal per FAR 52.211-6. The Government does not own data rights or technical drawings to these items. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Inspection and acceptance shall occur at Origin by the Cognizant DCMA. In addition, the packing/packaging will be best commercial practice. Electronic offer will be accepted. Responses should reference N68335-05-T-0166 and include commercial status, delivery time, Company Cage Code, and Tax ID Number . The RFQ will NOT appear on NAVAIR homepage.
