- The purpose of this modification to the combined synopsis/solicitations is to extend the proposal due date from August 19, 2005 12:00pm to August 25, 2005 2:00pm. Also, there are a few points of clarification to the combined synopsis/solicitation that are as follows: 1) All offerors should use LEED-NC (New Construction), version 2.1. 2) All offerors shall use the the new CSI format throughout. References to the "old" provisions 2 thru 17 were mentioned because that is what is currently included in the EPA-RTP's existing Division 1 specifications. All other terms and conditions of the combined synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged.
