- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 8,856 Rentable Square Feet yielding approximately 8,051 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous space, preferably on ground level on a single floor in Danville, VA. Build to suit may be considered. Space must meet the Federal Government?s standards for fire safety, be capable of being fully accessible to the physically challenged, and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before 11/1/06. Lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, but may consider 10 years firm for a build-to-suit offer. Brokers or agent may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the buildings ownership. LOCATION:Space must be situated within the area delineated by the following boundaries: NORTH: Convergence of Piney Forest Rd (Alt Route 29) and Main St (Business 29) EAST: Airport Road from Riverside Dr (Route 58) to Halifax Road to N Main St (Bus 29) to the convergence of N Main Street (Business 29) and Piney Forrest Rd (Alt Route 29) SOUTH: Riverside Drive (Route 58) from Airport Road to Central Blvd (Route 29) WEST: Central Blvd (Bus 29) from Riverside Dr (Route 58) to Piney Forrest Rd (Alt Route 29) to the convergence of Piney Forrest Road (Alt Route 29) and Main St. (Bus 29) EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 pm EDT, September 3, 2005.
