- SUBJECT: Request for Proposal for Program 951-M entitled Consulting Services/On-site Printing and Copying Production Operations. The United States Government Printing Office is soliciting proposals for the project listed above. It is our intention to solicit qualified contractors who can perform work under one or both of the following two categories, Category 1: Consulting Services and Category 2: On-site Printing and Copying Production Operations. The awardees will compete for individual fixed price task orders issued as needed. All work will primarily be performed on-site at Federal Government facilities. If you desire to respond, your proposal(s) should address the presentation requirements set forth in Section L of this solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated against the evaluation criteria shown in Section M. Proposals are to be sent to the U.S. Government Printing Office, Bid Section, 36 H Street NW, Room C 161, Washington, D.C. 20401. The program number and proposal receipt date must be specified with the proposal. All proposals are to be received in this office not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing Washington, D.C. time, on September 20, 2005.
