Description

The Defense Finance Accounting Service, Cleveland, anticipates issuing a sole source award, firm-fixed price contract to the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. The order will be for subscription renewals for 40 Single Users to receive the Web and E-mail Summary Compination of the Federal Contracts Weekly Report and for 2 Users to receive the Web and E-mail Summary Combination of the Federal Contracts Daily Report. These are on-line subscriptions to the referenced reports, which are published by the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. It is anticipated that the resulting order will be a base (first) year with four (4) 1-year option periods. Responses from responsible sources will be considered. Response must have sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the probablity of your firm to submit a valid proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If the requirement is found to be other than sole source, no additional announcement will be published. All communication shall be in writing and by e-mail and addressed to brenda.parks@dfas.mil.
