THIS NSN HAS QUALIFIED PRODUCT LISTS(QPL). This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specifications/Standards and/or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. Empty Cylinder. This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-DTL-7905H. BASIC DTD 10/06/03. AMEND NR DTD TYPE NUMBER. I/A/W SPEC NR MS26545R BASIC DTD 11/29/91. AMEND NR DTD TYPE NUMBER MS26545B2C0415. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 002 applies. Requested delivery is 72 days ARO. This is a non-commercial item. This is an Unrestricted Procurement, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus two option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 130. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity( Base Year Only) is 26. Surge and Sustainment are not required. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label do not apply. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
