Description

CDC intends to issue a sole source modification to Roche Diagnostics, Indianapolis, IN for storage of Botulinum Toxin DIG-ELISA kits currently under contract number 200-2005-07569. The contractor is required to: 1) Provide storage of kits and ensure stability; 2) Disposal of expired kits; 3) Maintain the facilities to ensure that damage, deterioration, contamination, or other adverse effects to the product do not occur during storage; 4) Provide specific temperature controls with calibrated equipment; 5) Perform periodic maintenance; and 6) Provide electronic security with restricted access. The period of performance will commence on or about September 15, 2005 through August 31, 2006.
