Description

Goodfellow, AFB San Angelo TX, is looking to purchase services for our FY06 Test Administrator. This service suppports the US Air Forces voluntary off-duty education program to include the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES), Air Force Professional Military Education (PME), Air Force Career Development Course (CDC), and college/university testing programs, IAW the Statement of Work which is included in the solicitation. This is a firm fixed price requirements-type contract. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.106--Soliciting Competition, Evaluations of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation. This is a 100% set aside for Small Business; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710?Educational Support Services and the small business size standard is $6,000,000. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractors Registration Database @www.ccr.gov prior to award. Offerors are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Release of the RFQ will be via the Internet. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 22 Aug 05.
