Description
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for ?suites? within a hotel, with conference rooms to be used as the testing facility and to house 28 agency employees who will be serving as assessors. This hotel must meet the following requirements: Be within a (e.g., ? mile) and safe walking distance of the Hampton Inn Convention Center / International Drive, 8900 Universal Blvd., Orlando, FL 32819. Be within a (e.g., ? mile) and safe walking distance walking distance of one or more restaurants with a full/varied menu. Be within reasonable proximity to the airport, with shuttle service available between the airport and the hotel. Be able to feed lunch to approximately 56 individuals a day for $11 per person. This hotel must have the following facilities available: Two (2) conference rooms, each at least 600 square feet, immediately adjacent to one another, to be used as the candidate administration rooms. One smaller meeting room or sleeping suite, furnished with sufficient tables, to be used as the ?Director?s Office? immediately adjacent to the 2 conference rooms. Fifteen (15) suites, with 3 chairs around a table in the sitting area, to be used as the test rooms for the individual interviews. It is essential that these rooms be in the immediate proximity of the Director?s Office. Space to feed lunch to approximately 56 people (to be broken into 3 groups; one of 28 and 2 of 14 each). Twenty eight (28) sleeping rooms for agency employees, to be provided at government rate. Provide One VCR and Monitor for the entire period. Dates are as followed: October 16th to Oct 29th, 2005. Rates should be based on the current government travel per diem rate. Award will be based on meeting the specifications listed above on an All or None basis, and the best value to the government. Awardee must be registered in the Department of Defense?s (DOD) Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) for electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AND NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED. All interested parties must submit a quote by August 24th, 2005 no later than 3:00 PM EST. Quotes must include price and product literature information.
