Description

Contractor shall quote on a 1200 gallons of Chrome Free Corrosio Resistant Epoxy Primer. Primer manufactured by DEFT Inc and part number 02-GN-084, Type 1, Class N). No substitute will be accepted. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.7, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announce constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) F3QCCM5220A100. Written procedures will be used for this combined synopsis/solicitation. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07, NAICS code is 325510, small business and size is 500 employees. Assets shall be delivered FOB destination to 402 AMXG/MBPM, building 125, Robins AFB, GA. The following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-18, effective 12 Jan 2004 and FAC 2001-19, effective 01 Jan 2004 and Class Deviation 2003.003 are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52-212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, (a) price and price related factors; 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
