- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-05-R-0034. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334511 and Small Business size standard is 750 employees. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order to be delivered at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland for Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0001 4 each Gas Chromagraph Mass Spectrometer #G3243A, 5975 inert Mass Selective Detector/Data System (MSD/DS) Perf Turbo El Bundle for use with 6890 and 6850 Gas Chromagraph; CLIN 0002 - 4 each Controller #G3397A, Ion Gauge controller for use with the 5975 Mass Selective Detector (MSD); CLIN 0003 4 each Module #G2913A, 7683B Autoinjector Module Includes 1 transfer turret, 1 8-sample turret, 890 injector mounting post, and small parking post for Gas Chromagraph; CLIN 0004 4 each Autosampler #G2614A, 7683 Autosampler tray module; CLIN 0005 1 each Gas Chromagraph (GS) System # G1540N, 6890N Network GS System Custom; CLIN 0006 1 each Gas Chromagraph System #G1540N Network GS System Custom; CLIN 0007 1 each Gas Chromagraph #G1540N, 6890N Network GC System Custom; CLIN 0008 1 each Gas Chroma graph System #G1540N, 6890 Network GC System Custom; CLIN 0009 4 each Sealing System #5188-2717, Flip Top Inlet Sealing System; CLIN 0010 4 pounds gross O-Rings # 5188-2741, Inlet O-Rings for Flip Top System, 10 per pack. Acceptance and Delivery terms are FOB destination. Delivery date required is on or before September 19, 2005. All or None applies to these CLINs. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The contract will be awarded to the offeror wi th the Low Price Technically Acceptable. The technical evaluation will be a determination as to equality of the product and shall be based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information, which is not identified in the offer. To ensure sufficient information is available, vendors must furnish as part of their offer all descriptive material (such as illustrations, drawings, or other information) necessary for the Government to determine whet her the product meets the salient characteristics of the requirement. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
